WSYR Storm Team App App Reviews

This app was reasonably good until they updated mid-Dec 2014 and now its useless. Interactive radar is out of date all the time, there are no times on the hour by hour forecast and the app assumes youre only interested in Syracuse weather.

If you live in CNY, this weather app is a must have. Most accurate, most up to date, fastest with alerts. Its simply the best weather app for the area.

I preferred the app before the recent update. The video forecast is no longer available and that was a BIG reason for me accessing the app. I also find the new layout bothersome for an iPad/phone app. I prefer to see more info visible on the screen without having to scroll down. Bring back the old version!!

Every time there is as update the app gets worse. Previous update forced you to watch a "live" stream of the weather that happened 4 hours ago. Now the latest update is impossible to navigate and is full of adds and other nonsense. Please restore the original version for those of us that just want a live stream of the local radar.

I used to love this app. If it aint broke dont fix it, but you did it anyway and now it doesnt work. Very disappointed that a once great app has now been rendered totally useless. Please fix it!

There are MUCH better radar/weather apps out there. This one is way too "busy" and full of advertising.

This was a great app but the update ruined live Doppler 9 and do not use it now.

You never can watch the live feed it never works thats all I want guess Ill have to get a better app that can do what you guys cant

I dont know what happened at Channel 9 in Syracuse but this use to be a great app and someone redesigned it and ruined it. Now its worthless. The same thing happened with their website. That is horrible now too. I complained directly to them but no response and they used to reply to all emails. Too bad.

I use to LOVE this app. Very reliable In storm situations. Now, well now its horrible! Crashes ALL. THE. TIME. on interactive radar. That was the best part of the app! The last update ruined it. You would think they could push out an update to fix the crash! STORM TEAM PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND FIX THIS APP!!!
